Your 24-month aeronautical-knowledge currency date is approaching.

Important FAA note: Your Remote Pilot Certificate itself does not expire. To remain current under Part 107, you must complete the appropriate recurrent training within the required 24-calendar-month period.

How to renew your Part 107 currency:

Open the FAA Safety Team recurrent-training page using the button below and sign in or create a free FAASTeam account.
Complete ALC-677 — Part 107 Small UAS Recurrent. If you are also a current Part 61 pilot with a current flight review, FAA provides the Part 61 recurrent option (ALC-515).
Save or print your FAA course-completion certificate as proof of currency.
Return to Pilot Profile, update Latest FAA Knowledge Test / Recurrent Training Completion Date to your new completion date, and upload your completion document.

Pilot Watch / Work Hours

Use one current shift schedule. Turn a watch on or off, change its hours whenever needed, then assign personnel below. For an assigned pilot, SOS weather fills at shift start and MOS weather fills exactly halfway through the shift.

SHIFT HOURSTo run two shifts, leave 1st Watch off. When the three-watch schedule begins, turn it on and update all three times.

PILOT / SUPERVISOR ASSIGNMENTS

Unassigned personnel continue using the existing 10:00 AM SOS / 3:00 PM MOS timing. Assigning someone to a watch immediately switches that person to the watch-based SOS/MOS times.

Encrypted Storage Vault

Create a complete encrypted snapshot of the current DFR system using a password you choose. The password is never saved in the app.

Use at least 10 characters. Losing this password means the encrypted snapshot cannot be decrypted. The password is cleared from the screen after each operation.

The live working copy still uses the existing browser/local shared-file storage so your current multi-computer workflow keeps working.
